I did some mega gardening on the weekend and now we have more plants than weeds. I'm so proud. And we cleaned up our place and it looks great. I say that we'll keep up this tidy image for 2 more days.

So I think I may have applied for a dream job yesterday. It's only an office junoir position but it's at a television and multimedia company and I'd be helping out on the production side of stuff as well.

But you dropped out of Uni because you didn't want to do media stuff anymore, I hear you all cry.

No, no. I dropped out because I simply didn't want to be a journalist anymore, but I'm still interested in the media in general.

I think it would be extremely awesome if I was able to get this job, even if I just got an interview that would be fine with me.

Ohh...and I have my second interview for the christmas position at a jewellery store. I know nothing at all about jewellery except that I'd like some. I'm going to ask them at the end of the interview if we get to dress up for Christmas time...santa hats and so on. Damn I love wearing a santa hat. If I can get paid to wear a santa hat all day without having to be Santa himself it would make me a happy girl.

My mobile phone started to work fine again yesterday so instead of going out to buy a new mobile, I ended up buying a new home phone.

Heh...it's cute and has an answering machine which is basically my only requirements for a phone. I so badly wanted to leave our message as the default one that came with the phone so that when people called us they'd hear this british lady and have no idea what was going on.

To me that would have been hilarious, but no...Scott wanted our own.

Damn him.
